It’s graduation season! Today I’m sharing an easy, fun, useful graduation gift that you can put together in just a few minutes. It’s a laundry themed graduation gift with a cheeky printable gift tag.

I printed out my note and attached it to a container of detergent.
If you want to make the gift more comprehensive, you can fill a dirty laundry basket with detergent, dryer, fragrance beads, stain remover, etc. and make a whole gift basket out of it.
I have two versions of the tags for you. If you have a Silhouette machine, there is a Silhouette Studio file ready to print and cut.
If you want to print them out and cut them out by hand, there is a printable PDF.
Both files are bundled in the folder, so make sure you download the right one for you.

I really love this gift and it has become my go-to for neighborhood kids, friends’ kids, and kids from church when they graduate high school. It is a perfect graduation gift because it is practical. When they leave home to study or whatever, they’ll suddenly be so thankful to have laundry detergent! But it’s also funny because of the tag, so it goes down really well with graduates and their parents, who read the tag and always say, « Isn’t THAT the truth?! » Ha ha.
